Obituary of Jamie Woody Stone

Jamie Denise Woody Stone June 28, 1979 - March 7, 2013 Chatham County Jamie Denise Woody Stone, age 33, entered into the gates of heaven on Thursday, March 7, 2013. She passed in her home in Pittsboro unexpectedly. Jamie was a lifetime resident of Chatham County. She was a wonderful and loving mother to four beautiful children, a caring and warm hearted woman who reached out and befriended many. Jamie was currently attending The Aveda Institute in Chapel Hill, NC and was an active member involved with her family and children at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church of Chapel Hill, NC. She will be deeply and forever missed by her children, family, church family, friends and all of those she came in contact with. Jamie was a vibrant, strong and loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, church member and dear friend. She is survived by the following: her mother and father, Sandra and Ronald Woody; daughter, Hannah Stone; three sons, Walter Stone, Christopher Stone and Lucas Davis; brother, Jason Woody and his wife Jill Woody; niece, Elizabeth Woody; nephew, Evan Woody; sister, Ashley Woody and her beloved Clinton Goodwin. Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM on Monday, March 11, 2013 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church with visitation on hour prior. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery.
