We couldn't have asked for a more kind in and out neighbor when moving to the beach. Miss Frankie always checked up on us and was always willing to share a cup of coffee and conversation. She looked after us as as if we were grandkids of her own and we are so blessed to have had the opportunity to get to know her and meet some of her family. She was such a wonderful person, and I will miss sharing bath & body soaps and soup recipes with her.

I met Frankie through Ruth, her neighbor at the coast. I so enjoyed our chats on Ruth's deck and our times together. She loved her family and was proud of all. I will miss her and I am praying for her family.
God Bless you all.

I'll always remember Frankie as a caring/lovely Aunt to my daughter, Nicole. She (and Joe) were like second parents. I regret not being more visible in Frankie's life as she was a great role model to her children and friends. She will be missed immensely.

I spent a good amount of time with Joey (III) after his accident and was privileged enough to spend a little time with Joey's parents. They were always kind and welcoming and loving. I'm really thankful to get to know such goodhearted, salt of the earth people. I send my love to the entire family, and my heartfelt condolences to my dear friend Joey.

I'm inexplicably sorry for the loss of Mrs. Frankie.
She was one of the best ones I'd ever met.
I have her to thank for teaching me how to swim.
I'm sorry I, unfortunately cannot be there due to the army however, may my condolences help you.
Rest in peace.
