I was a tenant of Andy's for 10 years and spent quite a few hours in his office just visiting. The world is a better place for having had such a kind and honest man in it. Rest in Peace Andy. Dear Erika, I am so glad you and Andy had twenty years to share your lives with each other. Remembering the two of you on the day of your wedding brings back such fond memories. You were a lovely pair that day, and it sounds as if that never changed. How fortunate you both were to have found each other. I know you, Elizabeth and Deesie must all be experiencing a deep sense of loss even as you celebrate the joy of your lives together. He must have been a fine man from the way you describe him in the news articles and from what others have said about him. I'm glad your grandchildren were close by at UNC.
