George, Lillis, and Sandy,
No words are adequate to express my sadness upon hearing of the loss of your father (husband). George, since college I have thought of you as my best friend though we don't spend as much time together as I wish we could lately. I have known your family for many years. You all always treated me like I was a part of your family by feeding me, providing a bee nest-infested canoe for us to use (still sorry about the stings), and even helping me out on the highway in time of need when I broke down. I cannot imagine the thoughts going through your mind right now, but please know that I (and Caren and Brooke) are thinking of you and praying for a little more comfort and peace in your heart as each day passes.
"We are each on our own journey. Each of us on our very own adventure; encountering all kinds of challenges, and the choices we make on that adventure will shape us as we go; these choices will stretch us, test us and push us to our limit; and our adventure will make us stronger then we ever knew we could be." -Aamnah Akram
We will see you, Miao, Anna and Alexis soon.
