I am deeply sorry for your loss, I know the heartache of losing a loved one. Soon the God of Comfort will bring an end to death and wipe away the tears from all faces, for this has been promised at Isaiah 25:8. Grant was a sweet young man who was a great friend to my son Dylan. We all were very sorry to hear about the unfortunate passing of Grant. He was a man of good character,humor and intelligence. He was a great conversationalist full of knowledge. I had the pleasure of interacting with Grant when he came with my family to Jordan Lake. I had swam very far out where there was some WaveRunners and Grant was so sweet and concerned he called to me,fearful that I was getting to close them. He was always eager to lend a helping hand and was a true gentleman. He will be missed.

I only recently met Grant, as he was a friend of my son. In May he spent 2 weekends helping me replace the brakes, rotors, caliper, and brake line on my car. He volunteered to help without even knowing me, took me to the auto parts store and helped make sure I got the right parts. It was in the 90's, so hot, and he spent hours working and would not even take gas money as payment. I never met such a generous, polite, kind young man as Grant and I'll always be grateful.
