Kurt was always a fine, Christian gentleman, always polite and always ready to say good morning to anyone at church. I really enjoyed his and Julene’s “races” during the parade on his wagon!

My condolences to those who knew and loved Kurt. It must've been forty years ago that our class walked over from Grady Brown Elementary School to visit the Wagoner family farm.... How wonderful to have known someone like him who inspired memories to last a lifetime.

It is truly a heartbreaking day to say good-bye to Kurt. To have known him for the past 20+ years, watched him love, nurture, teach, and laugh with my 3 precious granddaughters was a pure joy. He was their hero and the things he taught them will remain forever.
Now he is with his beloved Mother and is free of worry and pain. We grieve for ourselves, but Kurt is much happier.

Dear Wagoner family,I knew Kurt for many many years.
He helped me so many times over the years. He was always there when I asked him to be. I saw him at his home a couple of weeks ago. It’s hard for me to.
I haven’t got the words. A true cowboy.

Some of the best years of my life involved Kurt, growing up showing horses in the PHBA. When I think of Kurt I immediately flash back to horse shows at Lake Waccamaw and the evening trips to Myrtle Beach with our families and Diet Mt. Dew. Specifically, the go kart races... One particular trip we went to the go kart track after dinner and Kurt decided to race everyone in line to the first go kart on the track. He performed a swan dive into the cockpit which resulted in his overshooting the landing and ending up on the concrete next to it in time to see someone else take that kart. This display was the brunt of most of the jokes the remainder of that weekend and several more to come. To which Kurt took it in stride and even attempted to recreate it just for laughs. I remember Kurt has always being so willing to help anyone who needed it and always being so darn funny! My father is Gary Richardson who we just lost last year. Daddy always thought highly of Kurt and enjoyed his company. My condolences go out to his family and friends and I wish you peace in the coming days.
