Obituary of Richard John Larcher

Richard J. Larcher, 75, died at UNC Hospital Friday, February 8, 2013 Dick grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio graduating from Xavier University. His primary occupational focus was the printing equipment business. Founding his own company, R.J. Larcher, Inc., he retired in 2001 to Governors Club, Chapel Hill, NC Dick had a knack for conversation and a keen sense of humor. His love of golf and nature kept him on courses near and far during travels. He spent countless hours in his garden with much care and pride The Dickster is survived by his loving wife, Constance Claffey Larcher; his four sons, Steven, Gregory, Jeffrey, and Christopher, and eleven grandchildren A Mass to celebrate Dick's life will be held Saturday, March 2nd at 11:00am. at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 940 Carmichael St., Chapel Hill, NC.
