Obituary of William Rudolph Warren

HILLSBOROUGH - Mr. William Rudolph Warren, 93, of Mebane died Monday, December 24, 2012. He was a native of Orange County and a graduate of Efland High School. He was a veteran of the US Army Air Force. He was employed by Liggett & Myers until his retirement. He and his late wife of 65 years, Virginia, enjoyed traveling and being with their family. Surviving are his son, Kenneth R. Warren (Lisa), Efland; one granddaughter, Cassidy Geren (Bob), Pennsylvania, one grandson, Jeremy Warren (Laura), Mebane; two great grandsons: Gavin Geren and Reece Geren; one sister, Rozelle Crabtree, and one brother, B. K. Warren. He was predeceased by wife, Virginia, and his sister, Mozelle Williams. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Friday in Efland United Methodist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Thursday in Walker's Funeral Home of Hillsborough. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Efland United Methodist Church. www.walkersfuneralservice.com
