Obituary of Hadley Brooke LaPrade
Please share a memory of Hadley to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Hadley Brooke LaPrade, beloved daughter of Corey and Brooke (Hayden) LaPrade, was born on November 2nd, 2020 at 11:48 PM at the North Carolina Women’s Hospital in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She weighed 4 pounds, 1 ounce and was 17 inches long. She had a head full of black hair, blue eyes, her daddy’s feet, and her mama’s nose. Words cannot describe how beautiful she was. At 12:30 AM on November 3rd, 2020, Hadley passed peacefully while cuddling in her daddy’s arms. Our hearts will forever ache for more time with our sweet girl. She is loved immensely and greatly missed.
Hadley is survived by her parents; proud big brother, Bennett; adoring grandparents: Richard Hayden, Deborah Hayden, Bennett “Bo” LaPrade Jr., and Deanna (Tom) Mason; great-grandparents: Bennett LaPrade and Dolores Corey; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Hadley was preceded in death by her great-grandparents: Monroe and Louise Wilson, Herman Joseph and Anna Pauline Hayden, Charles “Lindy” Corey, and Anita LaPrade.

To Hadley - our littlest bee, our baby button - you proved that trisomy-18, though considered a “life-limiting” condition, cannot limit love. The love you filled our hearts with during your short time here will last us a lifetime. We know how hard you fought to say “hello,” and we are so proud of you. The moments we spent together will forever be some of the best moments of our lives. We are a better family, and better people overall, because of you.
You will always be our little lady.
We love you to the moon and back.
Love,
Mom, Dad, and Bennett
