Obituary of Jamie Hulse

Jamie del Prado Hulse of Mebane NC died peacefully at home January 31,2021.
Jamie was born December 1 1947 in Delaware County Pa. She earned a bachelors degree in fine arts from the Philadelphia Museum School of Art. Jamie then went on to get a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Connecticut. She lived in the U S Virgin Islands and perused her love of art by painting portraits of the members of her community including the children that taught in the elementary school.
Twenty four years later she came to North Carolina to teach. With her love of education she enriched the lives of her students at A. L Stanback Middle School and Grady Brown Elementary School as an A.I.G. Specialist. She was well known throughout the country for working with A.I.G.
conferences.
She was loved and will be sorely missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her sister and brother, Phyllis Bauer and Joseph del Prado. Her nieces, Erika Siedow and Sarah Schneicher and nephews, Wilhelm Bauer Jr. and Michael Bauer.
In accordance with her last wishes she will be cremated at Walkers Funeral Home in Mebane and her ashes interned in the family cemetery at Fags Manor Presbyterian Church in Fraser Pa. To honor her memory donations can be made to Transitions Life Care, 250 Hospice circle, Raleigh, NC 27607.
