Sandra, it was with heartache I recieved the news of Louis passing. Though we are not blood, I have always thought of you both as adoptive grandparents. Louis always stuck out to me as a child & as I've grown up as a man of faith. There was never a kinder soul. He is now at peace, walking with other lost loved ones. Louis you will be greatly missed! May we not grieve your absence long, but celebrate the long, loving life you had.

Sister Sandra and family. Please know we are thinking about you during this time and pray for peace and comfort, guidance, and strength to endure every passing moment in the days ahead. Rest assured, Brother Rice is with our Jesus and having a good time with all the family and friends that have gone before him. Brother Rice was one of the sweetest and kindest men I have ever known. I first met Bro Rice in 2017 when we first started attending Faith Baptist Church. Bro Rice greeted us at the door. He was always smiling, warm, kind hearted, and sweet spirited. He was a gentle giant. He was always thinking, asking, and praying for “others.” He would always ask about our son who is suffering from stage V kidney disease. Bro Rice was a man of God. He was always serving the lord with gladness. He was in church worshiping our lord even when he could hardly walk and feeling so badly. He pushed through many challenges to serve The Lord. During covid when the church had “parking lot” Sunday morning services, Bro Rice would faithfully be there greeting all of the folks attending in the car. If there were any way he could be in church, Brother Rice was always there. He was so faithful. He definitely “walked the talk” and kept on keeping on until God said “enough my son, come on home and be with me in paradise. No more suffering, you are home now and time to receive your rewards.” Bro Louis left a footprint in many of our lives that will never fade away. He was a “good and faithful servant. I am forever grateful to have called Bro Rice my friend. We will miss him in the days ahead but we know where he is and he will be waiting for all of us when God calls our name. Rest In Peace our beloved friend Bro Louis. You have earned your reward. God be with you Sister Sandra. You will continue to be in our heart, thoughts and prayers during this time. Love, comfort, peace, and prayers. Bobby, ANNIE, and Chad

Sandra and family, I realize this is a devastating time and you are all heart broken. Louis was so very strong to be able to be with you all these years with his sickness. His love for his family will never be matched and the memories he leaves behind will be there for you to cherish every day. I am so sad for you and wish you comfort and peace as you move through the upcoming days. Love to you all, Betsy
