Obituary of Carvis Odell Hewett
Carvis Odell Hewett, 81, went home to be with his personal Lord and Savior on Monday, October 25, 2021 following an extended illness. He was retired from the Chapel Hill Fire Department.
He is preceded in death by his parents Clyde and Naomi Hewett and brother Marvin G. Hewett.
He is survived by his wife Lois Davis Hewett, son Danny Odell Hewett, granddaughter Kara Danielle White, grandson Brandon Avery Hewett and great grandson Cayden Ray White. He is also survived by sister Donna Squires and husband Johnny, sister Diane Witham and husband George, brother Kenny Ray Hewett and several nieces and nephews.
A private internment will take place at Westwood Cemetery.
