Obituary of Leroy Laws

Leroy Laws, 74 passed away at DRAH February 2, 2022 in Raleigh.

Mr. Laws was employed at GE for many years where he retired.

He Grew up in Caldwell Community.

Mr. Laws is survived by his wife Janice Laws of Franklinton, sister Evelyn Berry and husband Mitchell and brother E.R. Laws. Daughter Eva Turner and her husband Tommy and her children Kaylee Laws and Megan McAdams, Kevin Laws and wife Stephanie and their children Rudy Laws, Danny and Aaron. Janice’s children are Lisa Clark and her husband Terry, John Thompson and Jason Thompson, along with grandchildren Megan Howerton, Michael Pickett, Lauren Thompson, Haleigh Thompson, and Zachary Thompson as well as great grandchildren.

He was preceded by his father Rufus “Joe” Laws and Hattie Garrett Laws, along with sister Hilda Bacon and brother Robert Laws.

A Graveside service will be at Little River Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Caldwell at 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 10, 2022.

Walker’s Funeral Home of Hillsborough has been assisting the Laws family.
