I had the immense pleasure of knowing Darla for the past few years. She was always so kind and gracious and even though I was caring for her, she made me feel cared for. She was a lovely woman and will be sorely missed. My deepest condolences to Heather and the rest of her family.

I did not know Darla personally, but I knew her sister Deb Heath, and through her, I learned of her caring nature. My condolences to the family and will keep you all in my prayers.

I want to say this beautiful and talented woman shared so many things and raised a beautiful family - loved her Husband Jerry - to the very end - I am so blessed she was in my world and all of her Daughters - what a blessing to know. Prayers and love for the family , had a lot of memories down on the farm the horses Darla loved the times we got together and painted , the art shows we went to , all fun beautiful memories , you will be missed dearly, I am sure you will paint some beautiful sky's for us ,,,,hang in there Jerry we all love you , God Bless all the Family at this time ,

Sympathy to Darla's family. I feel so lucky to have shared a friendship with this beautiful lady. She was always kind, caring, full of fun and laughter. So many memories will never be forgotten and her beautiful paintings that decorate my home will always be treasured. Jerry my thoughts are with you knowing the wonderful marriage the two of you shared and how hard this must be for you. It was an honor to know you both. Hopefully i will get the opportunity to see you soon.
