Obituary of David Eugene Labby

HILLSBOROUGH- Mr. David Eugene Labby, Sr., 68, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 in Durham. Mr. Labby was born on February 8, 1944 in Berlin, NH to the late Joseph and Hattie Demers Labby. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth and Clarence Labby. He is survived by his wife: Linda Wyman Labby of the home; his son: David E. Labby, Jr. and wife, Tammy of Mebane; his daughter: Lisa L. Hughes of Hillsborough; brothers: Edmond Labby of New Hampshire, Dennis Labby and Paul Labby, both of Vermont; sisters: Nancy Delise and Carol Labby, both of New Hampshire; 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Friday, August 17th at Gospel Baptist Tabernacle Church. Funeral services will be Saturday at 11:00 am at Gospel Baptist Tabernacle Church by the Pastor David Bollick. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
