Obituary of Tiffany Ruiduan Shen

Tiffany Ruiduan Shen July 26, 2002 - August 11, 2012 Chapel Hill, NC Tiffany Shen, 10, suffered from a lung failure caused by pneumonia and passed away peacefully on her parents' arms on August 11, 2012 in UNC hospital, Chapel Hill, NC. Tiffany's life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understood how much she had brought to them. Her sweet smile could melt the hearts of those around her and though she never spoke a word, her voice and thoughts could always be heard. Tiffany is a miracle. Her strength, perseverance and an ability to overcome incredible odds led us to believe that each day is a blessing and an opportunity to create lasting memories. Although we will miss her every day, especially her pretty face and sweet smile, she will forever remain in our hearts. Tiffany leaves behind many wonderful caregivers, teachers, therapists and family friends that provided love and support that enhanced her quality of life. Tiffany is survived by her loving parents, Jian-Ping Shen, Yue Li, and her younger brother Alex Shen.
