I met Carl through his daughter Deyette, and he impressed me immediately as the kind of man worthy of respect, acknowledgement, and fellowship. He was without exception kind, gracious and welcoming. I always felt at home in his presence, and I know that he is now in his eternal home, enjoying the rewards of a live well-lived. God bless you and keep you, Carl. You are always in our hearts.

So sorry to hear of Carl's passing. Carl and I were school together and graduated Orange High School He was well liked among our classmates plus he was one of the Caldwell boys!..He was very instrumental in helping to make our 50 class reunion a memorable one. He presented a very beautiful blessing before we all ate our meal. We will miss him as we continue to plan our 55th class reunion. Thank you for sharing your husband and father with us. We all looked for Carl when there was a funeral to be given at Walnut GRove UMC. He will be missed by not only you but many friends in the community!
