John, It's 12/21/23, and I still have the "HeelRaiser" cap that you gave me in 2010. I think about you, your animals and when we lived together with Rob Evans at his house in Buckhead and attended Peachtree Presbyterian Church (PPC) while Dr. Harrington was still the minister. I think about coming to visit you in the old rental house in Cabbagetown (near downtown Atlanta, GA). I spoke very sincerely about you at your memorial service at Peachtree Presbyterian Church when your old friends from the Roaring 20's Singles Sunday School Class attended this special service in Atlanta, GA for you. Charlie, our time in Buckhead with you and John was so great. I hope you are doing well these days. The Georgia, Clemson game this year should be fun. John was a special guy and I have often wondered how he was doing. Today I found out he has passed by trying to look him up after seeing an old Christmas card. Of course he was dressed up as Santa Claus.Ya’ll were great roommates even though I kept the temperature up, lol. Did John ever marry because I knew the girls loved him? Take care, Rob
