Obituary of Sarah Ruth Dunn

Ms. Sarah Ruth Dunn, 64, of Carrboro, passed away on August 4^th, 2024 at her home.

Ms. Dunn was born on March 19^th, 1960 in Orange County to the late, James Ray Dunn, Jr. and Bertha Lou Ivey Dunn. She was an administrative assistant with UNC Medical Center for many years. A  member of Calvary Baptist Church, she loved the gospel hymns and her church family very much.

Survivors include two brothers, Ray and wife, Kim Dunn; Ross and wife, Cathy Dunn.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 11^th, 2024 at three o’clock in Calvary Baptist Church in Carrboro. Pastor Gary Webb will officiate. Interment will follow in Westwood Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service in the church.
