Obituary of Vanessa Sampson-DeRamus

Vanessa "Kaye"Sampson-DeRamus passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, October 6, 2024 after a brief illness with cancer.  Kaye was born July 29, 1963 in Robeson County, NC to Gurney Sampson and the late Jessie Bell Hunt Sampson.  She is survived by her daughter, Kayla Nichole DeRamus of the home, her husband Thomas "Tom" Barnett De-Ramus III (Michelle) and a sister, Kimberly "Kim" Sampson Parrish of Four Oaks, NC and a host of family and friends.  A Celebration of Life is being planned at a later date.
