Obituary of Thomas Clark

Thomas K. Clark, 59, of Hillsborough, NC passed away Friday, October 28th, 2011. Thomas was born on December 16th, 1951 in Tokyo, Japan. He was raised in Carrboro/Chapel Hill, NC. He was an honest, gentle, kind and loving man. He could fix or build anything he set his mind to. When other contractors were building doll houses for a local charity raffle, Thomas built a spaceship. He was well known for his superior craftsmanship. Thomas was preceded in death by his son Jeremy Clark and his Father, Eugene Womack Clark. He is survived by his wife, Wanda B. Clark, of 31 years. Sons Damon K. Clark, Alexander M. Hester and his daughter Kimberly R. Sanders. His mother Reiko H. Clark, his sisters Janet Wood and Linda Horne, one brother Timothy E. Clark. And last but not least his 9 grandchildren, whom he loved as much as his own children. A memorial service will be held Friday, November 4th at 7 PM at Walkers Funeral Home in Chapel Hill, NC. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his family.
