Obituary of Dustin & Darian Davis

MEBANE - Dustin Thomas "Turtle" Davis, 19, and Darian Lee "Shorty" Davis, 17, of 210 McBane Store Road, Mebane, died Friday, September 30, 2011 from injuries sustained in a train accident. Dustin was born on November 5, 1991 in Alamance County and attended Eastern Alamance High School. Darian was born May 25, 1994 in Alamance County and attended Morehead High School Surviving is their mother: Melissa Craven Jarrell and husband Billy of the home; father: Thomas Lee Davis and fiancé, Sarah Pore of Mebane; brothers: Brandon and Stephen Davis, both of Greensboro; sisters: Teona Thompson and Keeri Davis, both of Mebane; maternal grandmother: Janice Craven of Mebane; maternal grandfather: Wayne Craven of Mebane; paternal grandmother: Frankie Testerman of Mebane; paternal great grandmother: Betty Flynn of Mebane; maternal uncles: Travis Craven and fiancé , Shannon Southard and Gary Craven and wife, Tonya, all of Mebane. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, October 5, 2011 with memorial services following at 8:00 pm at Walker's Funeral Home of Mebane.
